Note: these notes have cutting clips (sometimes called crimps or half moons) occurring at the top and/or bottom edge of the note, as is common on paper banknotes with wide security threads. These are made during the production of the banknote—they are not created during circulation. PMG notes these cutting clips "will not prevent a note from being generally graded in the Uncirculated to Choice Uncirculated range depending on the overall appearance of the note."
Sometimes the crimps are hardly noticeable, but in many countries they are present on all paper notes. Higher denominations, which typically have wider security strips, can have stronger crimps than lower denominations. This Belize notes have strong crimps, but are certainly still uncirculated in condition and in practice.
